This position features a recurring weekly schedule you can plan your life around. You can expect a four day work week from Thursday through Sunday, with three consecutive days off from Monday through Wednesday. Hours are 7:00 am to 1:00pm / 1:30pm to 4:00pm (32 - 40 hours per week depending on need).

Working alongside a passionate team of culinary creatives, the newest addition to the Hyde Park restaurant scene is seeking mindful, creative, and passion-driven line cooks. The Position:

The line cook is responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations of our kitchen. Outside of cooking and preparing gourmet meals, functions include assisting with inventory, food purchasing and maintenance of quality standards, as well as supervising the staff working alongside you each day with respect and delegating tasks to your team to support you as required.

Schedule & Pay

  • All employees are enrolled in our 30-60-90 Program which includes access to performance-based raises at 30, 60, and 90 days of employment. All positions are probationary and based on performance. Starting wage is dependent on experience. We are looking for employees who are not chasing a paycheck, but employees who resonate with our values, our mission, and the impact we hope to make on the restaurant world. Those employees will be compensated for their hard work and rewarded with a schedule and pay structure not commonly found in the standard restaurant structure.
  • All employees can expect a weekly schedule that never changes, including two to three consecutive days off per week; the only time this does not apply is if the employee requests otherwise, or if a temporary restructuring of the schedule is required to accommodate a holiday.
