Uncovering our Customers’ intricate paths, while having the strategic notion to connect them with the most tangible opportunities that align with the business by preparing business cases that are key to the value creation of Customer Journey Analytics solutions will require a highly experienced individual with an analytical and creative mindset, a subject matter expert with a strong understanding of the value of the business, and a cutting-edge strategic thinker, who can support the efforts of the highly innovative area of Customer Journey Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying friction points, breakpoints, and opportunities when and where they happen along the customer journey, both from a data and strategic perspective, driving the value creation engine to the Customer Journey Analytics endeavors and assisting in the implementation of an end-to-end Customer Journey Analytics blueprint.
  • This role will be responsible for bringing (1) Omni-channel Customer journey analytics business case and eco-systemic value and (2) Customer journey analytics feasibility and impact matrix prioritization & recommendations.

Work Complexity: Use Case-Oriented

  • Identify main success and experience metrics for specific use cases
  • Develop a business case approach, from variables to logic
  • Leverage Customers rNPS, that through pre-established NPS ROI analysis, directly impacts acquisition, retention, and automation metrics
  • Identify and develop possible journey orchestration initiatives, within an analytical, operational, and management framework, as well as those for the Conversational platform

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $62,210.98 - $131,368.58 per year
