Energy Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Project Coordinator to support our business development activities and join our Growth Management & Strategy team. This individual should have experience utilizing Salesforce (SF) to support business development and growth management activities, including report development, identifying process improvements and collaborating with a SF administrator. Experience with Salesforce integrations a plus. Should also have experience with the proposal process
This is an opportunity to work with an incredibly talented and collaborative group and learn what goes on behind the scenes of business development. Everyone on our team has a seat at the table when it comes to strategy and process optimization.
Preference for candidates living in Portland, Oregon, however we are open to well qualified candidates at our other Energy Solutions office locations (Oakland, CA, Orange, CA, Chicago, IL, New York, NY, or Boston, MA) ) and remote.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Identify and lead development of process improvements, including to Salesforce
- Participate in identifying and developing Salesforce training modules for diverse audiences
- Identify metrics and reports to quantify Business Development activities
- Assist in creating Executive-level presentations, showcasing Business Development activities, success and areas for opportunity
- Support the proposal manager team in improving and evolving processes and developing new tools
- Assist in documenting and developing roles and responsibilities along the business development lifecycle, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Perform ad-hoc research or organizational assignments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience, preferable in project management, business development or business operations support
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service attitude and team-oriented spirit
- Ability to take direction from multiple people and perform highly varied tasks
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with SharePoint, and/or Monday.com preferred
Salary DOE: $75k - $90k/Annually
