We are looking for an experienced Senior Director to lead and grow our Family Support Services!
Accord’s Family Support Services allows individuals to choose their own employee where the ultimate goal is to increase independence and community connections.
We are also offering a $1500 new hire bonus! paid in 4 installments at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.

• Leadership, Management and Accountability (LMA)
• Service expansion and program growth
• Fiscal management, meet revenue goals
• Quality/compliance
• Reporting

Requirements

• All staff are required to provide proof of Covid 19 full vaccination or have an approved request for exemption. You'll need this before you join our team!
• You must also have:
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant human services field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Note: If you hold a Social Work degree, we expect you to be currently licensed as a Social Worker as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in human services working with older adults or people with disabilities.
• Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience.
