Our team is seeking a senior content manager / copywriter to create engaging content that converts. The ideal candidate has a passion and curiosity for marketing, a proactive mindset and workstyle, and prefers a fast-paced environment where new ideas, approaches, and evolving skill sets are encouraged.

This is an in-office/WFH hybrid position. Applicants must be within commuting distance to our Soho office in NYC.

In this role you will:

• Help develop creative content strategies alongside performance marketing specialists.
• Write SEO-based product titles, bullets and headlines.
• Become an expert in the beauty, hair care, wellness and supplements space.
• Work with graphic designers to create images, videos, landing pages (lifestyle + infographic styles), and ads.
• Complete daily content management tasks like product audits, edits, and asset management.
• Assist other senior members of the team in team growth strategies and project organization.

Requirements

• Highly organized. Capable of efficient project management and task delegation.
• Copywriting or content management experience: Beauty, hair care, wellness, and/or supplement experience is preferred.
• An agile, proactive mindset. Our company is fast-paced and there is much to learn during the onboarding process.
• Impeccable grammar + proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication. Much of our success relies on frequent check-ins, accountability, and clear communications between our teams. This is not a role for those who prefer to work alone.
• Up-to-date knowledge on marketing and e-commerce trends.
• Knowledge of FDA or FTC regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing.

Salary Range : $70,000 - $95,000
