Are you an experienced and driven leader looking for a fast-paced and challenging role in the fitness industry? The Camp Transformation Center is seeking a Senior General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gym and lead our team of managers and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet revenue goals
• Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events to drive revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that encourages teamwork, personal growth, and achievement
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the fitness industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a gym or fitness business
• Strong sales skills and experience in driving membership sales and retention
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, members, and partners
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management, or a related field preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
