Who we are looking for:

Locana is looking for a Senior GIS Analyst (ArcGIS Enterprise/Server) to develop, deliver, and support geospatial and related systems and services for a federal client. The Senior GIS Analyst will administer, troubleshoot, and manage new and existing ArcGIS Enterprise/Server/Portal services and related applications software. In this role, you will:

• Create architecture models and diagrams to properly describe the requirements of the server applications
• Write project architecture documents, including models and data flow diagrams
• Create operational documentation
• Coordinate all phases of the Software Design Life Cycle process
• Provide estimates to staff on technical tasks and efforts required to implement
• Provide estimates to the development staff on technical tasks and efforts required to complete assignments.
• Conduct operational/administrative efforts required to build and operate an enterprise-grade application(s) using Esri’s ArcGIS Enterprise/Server

Here are the skills and experience we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience deploying and troubleshooting Esri’s ArcGIS Enterprise Portal/Server software, including 5 years of experience working with versions of the software released within the past 8 years
• Team player that exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor
• Excellent communication skills, time-management, decision-making, and basic task organizational skills are mandatory

This is a remote position with infrequent travel to Washington D.C.

Locana offers a competitive compensation package including salary, bonus, and highly valued benefits programs. We are also working to increase wage transparency in an effort to create equity and equality. The annual starting salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000. Highly qualified individuals may have the opportunity to earn more.
