Job description

We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual for a Senior Inventory Specialist at Vroom to support our Wholesale business.

This individual will be instrumental in the management of Wholesale inventory leading up to and after auction sales.

• Responsible for all associated data collection, cleaning and report maintenance; to ensure all upstream departments and third party partnerships are performing within guidelines and providing necessary feedback or guidance when unmet.
• Require critical thinking skills for reporting, analysis, project completion, and goal setting while prioritizing unit economics.
• Responsible for continuing strong established relationships with third parties and daily correspondence to maintain operational needs.
• Lead group meetings with prepared data findings along with recommendations for improvement that they will regularly publish.
• Responsible for following through on goals, communications and follow up assignments timely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience (Inventory Management, Automotive, Operations Etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft systems (specifically Microsoft Excel)
• Skilled in working with large volumes of data, and the ability to merge multi-sourced reports together using knowledge of formulas and pivots.
• A healthy curiosity for root cause analysis, action planning, and an eagerness for process improvement.
• Eager to be the “go-to” with an impeccable work ethic within the company.
• Comfortable in professional settings in which a completed analysis is effectively relayed to management teams at a high level.
• They should be motivated to tackle new challenges, have strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
• High School Degree Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,828.00 - $61,734.00 per year
