Overview & ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Manager or Director, Investor Relations, you will be an integral member of a collaborative and fast paced team! The role will work with the Investor Relations team to help prepare senior leaders for investor presentations, conferences, and earnings calls. You will assist with financial analysis regarding the company and industry. The ideal partner is a highly motivated, team-oriented, hardworking and results driven self-starter who is attentive to deadlines and capable of producing high quality work under occasional time constraints.
Use strong written and research skills to prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations and board meetings
Aid in research projects and valuation analysis related to Paramount Global and its peers using research reports, company filings and external database sources
Maintain and monitor Paramount Global and peer group sell-side analysts’ consensus estimates, ratings, and target prices
Act as a liaison between internal and external customers of the investor relations department
Provide analyst estimates to the Financial Planning department and acquire financial information from them regarding divisional results and targets
Distribute equity research reports to key partners across the company
Coordinate conference calls associated with quarterly earnings, investor conferences, and our annual shareholder meeting
Assist with retail investor base questions about the company and stock ownership
Help with team administrative, logistical, and other ad-hoc projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree required, finance, accounting or economics preferred
5+ years (Sr Mgr) or 8+ years (Dir) of experience in investment banking, equity research, or management consulting
Knowledgeable in financial modeling and valuation analyses
Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

Excellent research skills and ability to prioritize, synthesize and present information
Collaborative teammate capable of working across multiple groups/functions within Paramount Global
Able to use strong communication skills (verbal and written), organizational skills, attention to detail to deliver high quality work on tight deadlines
Prior experience effectively dealing with sensitive and confidential information and maintaining the strictest confidence
Curiosity about media industry a plus
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Experience with equity markets and market trading dynamics a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $124,000.00 - 174,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
