Sharestates, a leading Private Lender, is seeking experienced, team-oriented Senior Mortgage Loan Processors to join our loan operations team and assist with our increase in loan volume. This is a crucial role in the loan process, and we want motivated and passionate professionals to help us continue with our success! The Senior Mortgage Loan Processor will join an amazing team and report to the Associate Director of Processing.

We are looking for confident, detail-oriented team players that will go the extra mile for our customers by reducing the time it takes to close a loan. Our Processors help to enhance efficiency and promote client loyalty with superior customer service and continuous and consistent follow up and feedback.

This role is also responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Partnering with our borrowers to support their mortgage applications by collecting the information needed to close the transaction
• Tracking and verifying the accuracy of information submitted and ensuring completion
• Call specified companies to obtain property abstract, survey, and appraisals
• Ensure compliance with investor guidelines and customer service standards
• Collaborate with other departments at the firm, such as Underwriting and Sales, to amend any unresolved issues and track development in our technological platform
• Ensure that all files submitted for underwriting are complete and easy to understand
• Communicating professionally with clients and have consistent follow through on tasks and assignments
• Responsible for maintaining and reporting current status of pipeline on a weekly basis.
• Other duties as assigned

What You Offer

• 4+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Knowledge of loan origination and related activities
• Superb customer service, communications, organization, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Being adaptable and having exceptional problem-solving skills
• Must have with the ability to multitask and adapt to change in our rapidly changing environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and Internet Research
