Responsibilities:
SENIOR PARALEGAL - Simpson Housing Corporate Office in Denver Tech Center (hybrid work schedule) - DENVER, CO
As a key member of our corporate legal team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing litigation support to outside counsel
- Conducting legal research on projects as requested
- Responding to discovery requests and review pleadings for accuracy
- Providing relevant information and legal support on insurance claims
- Assisting with the preparation and filing of legal documents for appropriate entities
- Providing due diligence support for real estate and finance department as needed
- Assisting with evidence preservation efforts
- Assisting with investigation of legal matters with direction from counsel
- Acting as liaison between outside counsel and on-site employees
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Paralegal Certification
- 10+ years of related legal experience
- Litigation support experience
- Experience working with third party insurance administrator and understanding of insurance coverages and SIR (Self Insured Retention)

Pay Range: $38.50 - $43.26
This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
