Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a PNL framework that supports and brings alignment across front, back and middle offices
- Design business processes that ensure accuracy in PNL and that integrate with risk management and product control
- Establish hierarchy and ownership across business functions for PNL accuracy with the utilization of controls and reporting
- Provide education to the broader organization on PNL and MTM valuations
- Attain thorough understanding of forward book valuations in the context of both the native ETRM and business realities
- Lead, design and manage strategic projects around asset management agreement modeling
Education/Requirements/Preferred
- 10+ years of experience in energy/commodity risk management or commercial operations
- Knowledge of natural gas markets required-Retail energy business lines preferred
- Experience in complex deal modeling required
- Undergraduate degree required - Graduate degree preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Tableau preferred
- Experience with Endur or comparable ETRMs preferred
