We are looking for an entrepreneurial, customer-obsessed Sr. Program Manager to join our team and lead adoption and growth efforts for our products that help Brands drive customer engagement and build loyalty on Amazon.
In this role, the successful candidate will own the Selling Partner adoption strategy, productivity metrics, and defect reduction efforts for a portfolio of products. Key job responsibilities
- Operate autonomously to build, develop and manage the adoption strategy of a suite of products,
- Set delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of your initiatives according to established goals,
- Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns. Set-up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives,
- Partner closely with other program/product managers, tech leads and internal stakeholders to deliver on your roadmap,
- Drive alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners,
- Make prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing customer experience, Brand experience, and business value,
- Implement mechanisms to drive efficiency and automation of internal processes.
- MBA or Master’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related field
- Experience with developing and optimizing brand or consumer marketing strategies and campaigns
- Proven track record of leading/building successful new products that have been taken from idea to massive scale
- Advanced Excel
