Senior Project Manager/Estimator - Stow, OH

Vizmeg Landscape Inc. is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to join our expanding team in Stow, Ohio. The ideal candidate should be a highly competitive team player who thrives on exceeding personal and corporate goals to be the best in their field. As Vizmeg’s expansive and consistent growth continues, we are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager/Estimator to contribute on a high level.

Duties and Essential Responsibilities
Represent Vizmeg Landscape Inc. through the commercial bid process by:

• Understanding contracts/scope of work, preparing change orders, managing sub-contractors, ordering materials, coordinating with clients, general contractors and landscape architects.
• Utilizing a solid understanding of project management and of managing labor and material costs
• Ensure profitability through preparation of competitive proposals
• Manage the submittal process for projects and bids
• Manage the ordering of materials from purchasing to billing
• Schedule work, labor and materials with production manager
• Track progress and coordinate scheduling with production manager
• Maintain continuous client interaction to ensure overall satisfaction and up to date progress
• Responsible for billing projects to reflect actual job progress

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Landscape Architecture
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management role
• Valid Driver’s License

• Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Excel, In-Site or other earthwork program
• Strong analytical skills necessary to coordinate and manage several major projects at once
• Environmental project experience helpful. i.e. Wetlands, River Restoration, Bio-swales
• Registered L.A or P.E. (preferred)
• LEED certification helpful
