We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer in Ellington and Somers, CT.

Responsibilities of the Senior Quality Engineer:

• Work with management to produce quality products and scheduling product introduction quality
• Develop methods for and conduct product testing, first and final inspections
• Generate, review, issue and control production floor documentation while maintaining IQMS database
• Support customer complaint evaluation and resolution
• Support internal QMS audit process

Requirements of the Senior Quality Engineer:

• BA/BS degree in science or other technical field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related position (medical background preferred)
• Blueprint and schematics reading with hands on inspection experience
• Experience in statistical analysis
• experience in internal and external audits
• Experience with root cause, corrective action, complaint investigation and risk management
• ISO 9001 knowledge
• Silicone and thermoplastic injection molding knowledge

Pay: $86,594.00 - $129,891.00 per year
