Masis Professional Group is seeking experienced Lead Quality Inspector candidates. This is a long term contract opportunity.

Pay range: $23-$28/HR

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Familiarity with test equipment such as environmental chambers, microscopes, etc.

2. Familiarity with typical PC software applications including Excel, Word, etc.

3. Familiarity with Windows Operating System.

4. Ability to work independently.

5. Good written and verbal communication skills.

6. Basic understanding of digital logic circuits, interfaces, and analog electronics principles.

7. Performs routine visual inspection of partially complete, complete, or packaged products per procedure, specification, print, catalog, and/or visual standard.

8. Performs inspection of product per procedure, specification or print using basic measuring equipment (caliper, micrometer, tape, height gage); Go and No-Go gauging (pin gage, thread gage …) and functional testing (measuring current and voltage, or impedance (multimeter, impedance analyzer).

9. Performs review of product documentation to verify acceptability per specification and GMP requirements.

10. Evaluates devices returned due to field complaints. Must be able to reason through the analysis to determine the cause of product failure.

11. Completes documentation of inspection results and special studies when required.

12. Uses inventory management software to perform work-in-process, inventory transactions and SPC data collection.

13. Completes documentation using good documentation practices (GDP) and records deviation data in appropriate systems.

14. Performs all related duties as defined by the manager.

• Associates degree preferred
• 5 years experience in Quality required

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
