Based in San Mateo, California/ Singapore, this role will be reporting to a senior role in the monetization organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage trafficking and optimization of programmatic digital video and display advertising campaigns on devices where Viki’s advertising products are available

Manage price floors across all programmatic monetization partners

Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Programmatic Trading teams to ensure ads are displaying optimally

Troubleshoot campaign issues and quickly resolve discrepancies

Manage programmatic partners’ billing and reporting monthly

Support Trading team’s identifying performing partners for programmatic advertising, fostering beneficial relations, and negotiating favorable terms through strong relationships with demand partners to drive revenue

Optimize demand partners across portfolios and territories using quantitative analysis to yield market-leading eCPMs and fulfill revenue targets

Call and meet with programmatic demand partners when appropriate to discuss performance and maintain a healthy relationship to ensure a long-term partnership

Ensure proper communication among internal teams regarding advertising campaigns and their operations

Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly advertising revenue goals, forecast and ensure they are met by making progress in closing deals with partners and clients as well by keeping senior-level management apprised of the progress

Advise senior-level management and Ad Tech team on business trends to develop new products and implement new technologies
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
-
8+ years in digital trafficking or campaign management experience within a media or Technology company

Experience in analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Prior experience in online media or Ad Operations functions

Proficiency in the implementation and support of ad campaigns

Exceptional organization skills with attention to details

Experience in managing external partners and work cross functionally within the organization
