New Moon Production is a remote working Hamburg based studio, bringing new and exciting games to the market. Since its founding in 2016, it has released multiple games on different mobile and web platforms, such as Steam, Humble Bundle, Mac Store and many more, including the much beloved Big Farm: Mobile Harvest, enjoyed by a quarter of a million players daily.

YOUR MISSION

• Take an active part in game creation and specification, especially in the client development of complex multiplayer mobile games
• Rollup your sleeves and get dirty with Unity3D: integrating textures, animation, meshes, adjusting lighting, setting camera angles, optimization audio
• Build Prototypes of concepts based on the game design
• Deliver high quality and well-structured code
• Create and improve our asset workflows
• Collaborate in the development of innovative new games in interdisciplinary and international teams; share knowledge and mentor colleagues

YOUR BACKSTORY

• A completed university degree in computer science or a similar education
• Several years of professional experience in the games industry and development of at least one commercial Unity game are required
• Excellent knowledge of the Unity game engine 2D/3D or another game engine
• Good understanding of cross-platform development and experience with iOS and Android mobile development
• Expertise of OOP principles, software architecture and first professional experience with agile development methods
• Knowledge on version control systems and client server applications is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
