Aziza is hiring servers! If you are a restaurant professional looking to begin or continue your career in hospitality, Aziza is the place for you. Fine dining experience is encouraged, but not a requirement. We are looking for candidates with part-time and full-time availability. We offer flexible scheduling. All Front of House staff members at Aziza makes $5/ hourly plus tips. Gratuities are substantial and we operate in a team pull tips system that is shared based on your hours worked! We also offer 5 days of PTO after one year of employment for hourly employees. Additionally, also cover on-premises parking cost at Westside Provisions District for all employees full-time employees.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 1+ years of full-service restaurant experience
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Provide hospitable and knowledgeable service
• Take orders accurately and enter them into POS
• Assist expeditor with food running
• Practice acceptable food handling and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area including washing and polishing of glassware
• Know and practice proper alcohol liability procedures
