Pay Rate: $15-18/hr

As a Server, you will be responsible for serving patrons by providing information to help food and beverage selections; presenting ordered choices; maintaining dining ambiance; and ensuring an elevated experience for all guests.

• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of the food and drink menus, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Collect payments from tables.
• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
• Help food preparation staff when necessary.
• Must be able to be self-motivated to complete additional tasks.
• Adhere to policies and procedures set by the company and Health Department.

• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Food handling certification, or willingness to obtain one.
• One (1) year of restaurant experience required; country club setting preferred.
• One (1) year of serving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic software knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and reservation system.
• Knowledge in a restaurant point of sale service platform preferred.

• 
  Work is performed in a restaurant environment both indoors and outdoors.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active member and employee communication.
• May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, and stooping. May also be subject to moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds with assistance and objects in excess of 50 pounds with assistance.
• Stands, sits, or walks for an extended period.
• In addition, the candidate for this position must own reliable transportation, have good conversational English skills, be punctual, and present themselves in an appropriate manner for a Country Club environment.

• Part-time position, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility in work hours preferred.
