Fuego Argentina Steak House at the Dunes of Maui Lani is looking for servers with qualifications requested below to open a first of it's kind experience on Maui.

• Provide a dining experience consistent with the standards of the Restaurant in all areas of customer service.
• Greet all guest politely and promptly, explain the menu in detail. Describe the specials and featured cocktails.
• Enter all transactions accordingly into the POS, charging guest accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant service stations and storage areas at all times.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor and exceptional communication with interpersonal skills to deliver service to the guest and team members.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the wine list, cocktails and serving techniques
• Proof of negative TB test
• Ability to work in a team environment with respect for all co- workers and guest
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including working out doors and indoors, being able to lift 25 lbs.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Perform other jobs related duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.10 per hour
