Our restaurant is looking for an experienced individual with a passion for excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will know how to handle a busy restaurant, be able to multitask, take direction well and have the ability to make quick decisions. We're specifically looking for a Server who can familiarize themselves with our menu and daily specials, as well as assist each guest in finding the best food and beverage item to suit their palate.
Responsibilities:
- Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen.
- Deliver food or beverage items to customers at their tables or waiting area.
- Greet customers with a smile.
- Maintain a tidy and sanitary dining area at all times.
- Follow proper serving procedures so as to avoid spills and accidents.
- Anticipate customer needs before they arise.
- Provide top-quality service in a pleasant, courteous, and efficient manner.
