Job Summary:

The Woodforest Bank Club at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands is hiring Cocktail Servers for the remainder of our 2022 season. Previous experience not required. TABC certification required. Flexible scheduling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing food and beverage service in a friendly and accurate manner.
• Adhere to all state and local liquor laws.
• Use excellent customer service skills and positive attitude when interacting with guests, vendors, & employees.
• Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines & deadlines set by management.
• Adhere to all company policies of performance and attendance to maintain employment.
• MUST be TABC certified if hired for position or ability to complete in 30 days

.Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year prior related job experience preferred
• Experience with Micros beneficial
• Reliable, punctual, and regular in attendance with good communication skills.

• Must have reliable transportation to Woodforest Bank Club - Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.

• Ability to take direction well and work well with others.
• Must maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance that conveys professionalism at all times.
• Must be available to work events scheduled to include events on Fridays nights, Saturdays (day and/or night), Sundays (day and/or night), and week nights, holidays.

Work Conditions:

• Tasks are performed with moderate supervision.
• Employees may be required to lift and carry items 25 pounds or heavier.
• Walking & standing occurs 95% of the time (6-10 hours per shift).
• Employees may be scheduled to work until 12:00am or later.
