RAKKAN Ramen began as a small, 4-seater restaurant in Nishiazabu, Tokyo, in 2011. But our business had its eyes set on making real Japanese soul food on an international scale, hence our motto, Authentic Japanese food, ready for the world.

We established RAKKAN USA Inc followed by RAKKAN USA Franchise LLC, with a concept slogan of the "Healthy and Tasty, Our ramen is made with 100% plant-based broth." We have an extensive menu for vegetarians, vegans, and meat eaters alike.

NOW HIRING:

• SERVERS - currently we are only hiring experienced servers with server experience. Preferably in Ramen, Noodles, Japanese or Asian Cuisine. Current servers who can handle high volume and busy rushes are making as much as $250-$300 in tips per shift during the busy nights, and $100 average during slower shifts

We want you to have:

• Previous experience in a high-volume, full service restaurant
• Only seeking open availability at the moment. Mandatory days will be Monday, Wednesday, and Sundays.... but we are seeking someone that can be scheduled other days as well.
• 1-2+ years of server experience is required
• Knowledge of various nutrition and diets in dining such as plant based, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, keto, etc is preferred but not required
• A commitment to creating quality experience for our guests
• A team-oriented mentality
• The ability to work well under pressure
