Essential Job Functions:
  • Answer Service Phone
  • Create, update, and invoice service tickets in Corrigo
  • Process payroll weekly through Corrigo Time Cards and JDE in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Coordinate service calls with Service Manager and Service Coordinator when estimates need to be done
  • Process new hires and termination administrative tasks for the field techs.
  • Reporting and maintaining fluid record-keeping in partnership with Miller’s accounting department. Innovative thinking for new collection ideas. Cash flow. Weekly updating spreadsheets and communicating with Miller’s customer’s accounting departments.
  • Assist in collecting outstanding invoices
  • Assist in all things Disaster Recovery when an emergency is declared.
  • Provide a professionally maintained office environment.
  • Additional administrative duties as needed.

Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality with sensitive items
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work with and learn from others
  • Computer skills to include: word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
  • Agility in computer software
  • Skill in organizing and establishing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly

Qualifications that are a plus:
  • Knowledge Service Work
  • Knowledge of JDE
  • Knowledge of Corrigo
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Project management assistant experience
  • Accounting experience
