Job Summary
A Service BDC call agent is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up, and tracking all customers for the parts, service, and sales departments. Must be great with people, have a positive and friendly attitude, and be comfortable making phone calls and working on a computer!
General Accountabilities·
- Answering phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
- Communicating with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Entering information using a computer and Microsoft Excel
- Assisting customers with scheduling appointments for different departments
- Assisting customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
- Must be available to work flexible hours and on weekends
