Service Desk Technician seasonal contract
Job description
Remotely assist on-site technicians with the replacement of existing PCs with and upgraded the operating system to windows 10
- Make callouts to stores to ensure the readiness of install
- Provide 1st level support to onsite technicians
- Track progress of technician to ensure timely work
- Escalate issues to appropriate contact
- Receive and organize signoff sheets from the technician
1+ years of Service Desk technical support within the retail environment
- Basic Networking
- Remote Tool Skills
- Good Phone Etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- A+: 1 year (Preferred)
- CompTIA: 1 year (Preferred)
- Technical Support: 1 year (Preferred)
- CCNA: 1 year (Preferred)
- Windows 10: 1 year (Preferred)
- Windows 7: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer: 1 year (Preferred)
- Desktop Hardware: 1 year (Preferred)
- Morning (Required)
- Mid-Day (Required)
(1 – 1st Shift) Monday – Thursday, (10 hrs. between 06:00 am – 6:00 pm)
(2 – 1st Shift) Monday – Friday, (8 hrs. between 06:00 am – 18:00 pm)
(2 – 2nd Shift) Monday – Thursday, (10 hrs. between 12:00pm – 12:00am
