Job description
Dispatches customer service to install, service, and repair requests into CRM and partners with engineers, project managers and cabling staff by performing the following duties.
Enters service dispatch requests to the company CRM in a timely fashion.- Works with engineers, project managers, and cabling staff to assign tickets to the appropriate individual.
- Follows up with engineering and cabling staff on open tickets regarding updates, time entry, and estimated time to closure.
- Enters new support contracts into company CRM and emails Leverage Support Documentation to clients.
- Sends Cisco E-Deliveries to clients as received to the client as per the instructions on the service order.
- Processes RMA requests for product still under warranty that has been installed beyond the original 30 days of purchase.
- Supports the Order Processing, Shipping and Receiving, Sales and Purchasing departments, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
