Job description
Raymond West is seeking a customer service-oriented Forklift Repair Field Service Dispatcher to be a positive addition to our winning team! This position receives and logs service calls, dispatches service calls and opens work order numbers for all RHCC customers and technicians. Dispatchers communicate with customers, technicians, FSS, Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Corporate Service Admin Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Opens technicians work orders in EBS
- Take and log customer service calls via phone and email.
- Answers phones
- Check Voicemails
- Provide dispatching service for field service technicians.
- Updates invoice amounts and accepts calls for third party billing sites.
- Update the MLC SharePoint. Tracks Installations.
- Update spreadsheets.
- Switch After Hours cell phone number per branch
- 5S duties for the office
- Send serial number add forms to CCC to add to EBS
Education/Experience:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. One-year experience in dispatching or administrative support and customer service. Good computer skills with knowledge of word and excel. Quick data entry skills will be expected and required. Accurate and efficient 10-key is also required.

This position requires repetitive use of fingers, wrists and hands for typing, word processing and 10-key. Must be able to bend, twist, sit and reach using legs, back, neck and arms. Must be able to verbally speak and hear with or without aid to utilize heavy phones with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
