Maguire is seeking motivated and positive individuals for its automotive service team. The individual must have high energy with a professional attitude, strong communication skills, good work ethic and the ability to multi-task.

Some of the duties and the responsibilities include:

• Generate and schedule Service appointments.
• Be available to respond to customers in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Check email, service scheduler and respond promptly to all inquiries.
• Deliver inquiries/messages to intended sales personnel or other personnel in the dealership and appropriate departments promptly.
• Providing exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.
• Serving as an advocate for Maguire and why to service their vehicle with Maguire.
• Consulting and guiding your customers to the appropriate next step based on their situation.
• Reading, collecting, and transcribing data in order to complete accurate paperwork and follow up.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
• Maintaining the Service area so our customers have the best possible experience.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other duties may be added by management based on needs of the business.
