Cinnabon is looking for Full time and part time shift leaders that are customer service oriented that want to grow with us. The ideal candidate will deliver superior guest service experience at all times and SMILE SMILE SMILE! The ability to lead a team. Cashier and previous food experience a plus. Must have a min of 1 year shift leader exp.
Qualifications and Skills Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience working in customer service or food service establishment preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to sell and up-sell products
• Good math and money handling skills
• Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs
• Positive
• Enjoys working within a team
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Drive and determination
• Flexibilty a must
• Valid State Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Must have basic computer skills
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift.
• Ability to multi task

Job Duties:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service in store and over phone.
• Food prep
• Stocking shelves, cleaning store and other duties assigned
