As a Shift Leader, it is your primary responsibility to:

• Assist the management team with daily operating procedures
• Be perceived as a leader amongst peers while providing guidance and continued training for existing and new employees
• Execute opening duties including but not limited to: daily rosters, daily checklists, checking in produce orders
• Execute closing duties including but not limited to: assigning closing side work, daily summary notes, final walk through
• Help to manage BOH operations which includes performing line checks, maintaining cooling logs, daily decision making, staff support, scheduling, ensure product quality and overall restaurant cleanliness while adhering to FRC standards
