Overview

As a high growth and dynamic business, Cirkul is transitioning to a 24/7 shift schedule. This change will require on-shift management. The Shift Supervisors will work on a shift with an operating team to set direction, manage HR issues, and solve problems to drive the business forward at all times. The shift supervisors will work with other on shift shift supervisors and on shift leads to deliver the business needs. The shift schedule is a standard 4-3 non-rotating schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the equipment and people are operating in a safe manner and the work area is free from hazards.
• Deliver Production and Quality goals for shift.
• Manage staffing issues and flow resources to the highest priority work.
• Manage HR issues on your shift and escalate when necessary.
• Provide feedback and complete 30-60-90 day and annual reviews.
• Check equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure everything is in working order.
• Respond to repair requests and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Train employees on proper equipment usage.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Provide input as it relates to safe machine operations.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of manufacturing supervision or management experience.
• Experience managing safety and HR systems.
• Experience managing Production and Quality systems.
• Willing to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience.
• Have a positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be self-motivated, dedicated, and willing to provide feedback on people, systems, and processes as necessary.
