Landmark Ceramics is a subsidiary of Gruppo Concorde, a leading tile manufacturer based in Italy. Our state-of-the-art tile manufacturing facility near Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee is looking for an additional Shipping Clerks.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; AND
• 1-3 years of job-specific and related experience;
• AND
• Prior shipping experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be ability to work independently; excellent written and oral communication; and basic computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications (i.e., Excel).
• Prior SAP experience a plus.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Interprets shipping schedule to determine shipment and delivery needs.
• Work closely with Customer Service Department on any customer concerns regarding shipments.
• Contact trucking and shipping companies for quotes while estimating weights, dimensions, number of skids etc.
• Understand transit times to delivery points.
• Track Shipments
• Work with shipper and track claims.
• Accurately accounts for inventory by completing proper documentation or computer programs.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to use and work with hand held scanner systems.
• Able to input data and read data from a PC.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Overtime may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
