Shipping & Receiving Specialist
OUR PAY and BENEFITS:
- $22.28 - $27.29 per hour
- 1st shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Start time is negotiable between 7:30am and 8:30am
- Immediately eligible for a full benefits package including health, dental, life, and vision insurance, participation in a 401(k) with immediate company matching.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience: minimum of 4 – 6 years shipping and receiving experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines for completion of projects.
- Must have Forklift experience
- Ability to follow detailed instructions on all work from supervisors and trainers
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively to learn, by asking questions to achieve learning goals
- Willingness to learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks
- Must be able to lift 55 pounds frequently
- Understanding of special processes, policies, manuals, and guidelines
- Must be able to work in a variety of positions i.e. standing, sitting, bending, reaching, grasping, fine hand movements, and moving between workstations
- Requires protective safety apparel when on the manufacturing floor
- Willing and able to work overtime as necessary to meet tight deadlines and complete special projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Packs products and prepares for shipment
- Prepares parts safely for local pickup and delivery
- Operate the Computer Manifest System with Barcode, verifying all information as the order is processed and inputting the correct information into the Computer System, as required.
- Operate a Receiving System with a Barcode and route the tools and /or materials to the correct Business Unit according to specific directions, following procedures according to product received.
- Operates forklift and other lifting mechanisms to move materials and parts to appropriate locations
- Adheres to all required safety protocols
