Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Shipside Operations Specialist to support the 787 Program Boeing South Carolina Delivery Center Operations Team based out of North Charleston, SC.
Position Responsibilities:
Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization.
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
Analyzes and interprets data.
Provides feedback on assessment results.
Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues.
Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues.
Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items.
Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates.
Works under general direction.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at North Charleston, SC

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Must be willing to work any shift assigned.
1+ years’ experience with operations analysis.
1+ years’ experience with root cause analysis.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with the Shipside Action Tracker (SAT) system
5+ years of experience with operations analysis.
5+ years of experience with root cause analysis.
Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
