Pathfinder is an oilfield service company seeking applicants for a Shop Mechanic. This position is based out of Odessa, TX.

NEED NOT APPLY WITHOUT 5 YEARS OF VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE AS A MECHANIC.

Drivers License Required

Reliable Transportation is mandatory

Applicant needs to be able to work on gas engines, diesel engines, heavy equipment, trailers, brakes and tires.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and move objects 50lbs+

Ability to work long hours

Ability to work with little supervision

Ability to learn the Pathfinder equipment we use

Ability to use hand tools and power tools

Ability to diagnose mechanical problems

Ability to follow direction

Ability to service vehicles accordingly

Ability to keep a clean work environment

Applicant must be able to keep accountability of tools

MUST have your own tools

Report damages to supervisor

Report repairs needed to supervisor

Work well with others, Must be self-motivated, Must have a strong mechanical aptitude

Pay will be dependent on experience and negotiated upon employment

Position available immediately upon hire. Competitive wages and benefits. Benefits include health care after 60 days of employment. We cover 100% of the employee premium. 401k with matching after 1 year of employment.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and will be subject to random testing.
