Job description
A local Recycling Plant in Greenfield, MA is looking for a Shredder Operator/Outdoor Laborer to join their growing team! Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Pay Rate: $17/hr to start
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 401(k) match, 10 paid holidays, 5 paid sick days, Health & Dental insurance.
Duties
- Metal sorting at pick belt.
- Ground clean up/shoveling.
- Operate skid steer.
- Operate shredder from control room.
- Trouble shoot for jams/issues.
- Drive truck (License not needed)
- Provide yard inspection coverage.
Required to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly through shift hours. Must be okay with working outside all year round.
