A little about this position:
As a leader of the Ski & Snowboard School Support Staff team, you will have an integral role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive in our Ski School facility to the time that they depart.
This position will supervise:
- Our Support Staff team, whose main responsibility is to provide support for all Ski School operations, including the set up and tear down of outdoor ski school areas, equipment rentals, surface lift operations and the care of children when inside our kids facilities.
This position is responsible for creating a safe team environment that is supportive and fun to work in. You will work closely with Ski School Supervisors and Managers to provide the best possible Ski School experience for our guests.
Requirements:
- The ability to motivate and inspire employees to meet or exceed the standards and expectations of MMSA cannot be overstated.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong people skills – empathy, collaborative and emotional intelligence.
- Computer literacy, strong attention to detail, written, and verbal skills are essential.
