We are looking for a talented Social Media Account Manager to maintain and grow various social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company and clients’ images in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals. As a Social Media Account Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our clients’ views creatively.
As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing client social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Nextdoor, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- Developing relevant and engaging social media content
- Assisting in developing and researching social media posts
- Scheduling social media strategy calendar
- Setting up new and claiming existing social media accounts
- Optimizing client’s social media pages
- Visiting client’s locations off-site for pictures and video
- Analyzing social media reports
- Industry and market research
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Developing project scopes, objectives, and strategies
- Project and task management
- Working on multiple marketing strategies/clients campaign
- Communication liaison between client and affiliates
- Going above and beyond to maintain relationships and delight clients
- Writing blogs and website content
- Assisting team with event planning
- Maintaining a positive attitude in adverse situations
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or graphic design software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Microsoft Suite proficiency required
- Ability to focus in a fast-paced and loud environment
- Positive attitude in a diverse and ever-changing workplace
- Ability to learn new programs quickly
- Ability to pivot and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Social media knowledge for business pages required (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Nextdoor, YouTube, Twitter) - TikTok experience for Business is a bonus!
- Email Campaign knowledge required (MailChimp, Constant Contact, MyEmma)
- Facebook/Instagram Ads Management knowledge required (Facebook Blueprint Certification a plus!)

This position involves many different aspects that are subject to change daily. The ideal candidate will be able to pivot quickly and learn new skills on their own initiative.
Schedule:
(Part-time) Monday through Friday 8 am - 1 pm.
Reliable transportation is required, as this is a remote position with in-person meetings weekly.
