The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms’ content strategies. The job responsibilities will include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Assist with producing copy for print, digital media channels, advertising and/or marketing campaigns
  • Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or other relevant marketing experience.
  • Adobe Suite Experience - Adobe Illustrator
  • Ability to prioritize time and handle a fast pace environment
  • Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets)
