Razorfish has an immediate need for a freelance Social Strategist & TikTok Expert to start ASAP and work on a 3+ month project for a global tech and innovation company. Freelancers will be considered for contract extension as well as conversion to FTE based on performance and budget.

Project Summary:

• Social content strategy for new app and service launch
• Partner with creative team to create social content ideas
• Create strategy for Influencer and TikTok campaigns

Responsibilities:

• Drives social strategy and channel planning for large social programs across all channels, with specific expertise in using social to connect touch points throughout the larger brand ecosystem
• Partners closely with creative leads to ensure ideas and concepts are social at the core, innovative and executable from a platform guidelines perspective
• Manage asset trafficking and campaign execution with media agency
• Creates, guides, and delivers strategic social planning through creative briefs, communication plans, social marketing/experience marketing plans, competitive research, social consumer insights/trend audits
• Collaborate closely with partner agencies to facilitate campaign concepting and execution
• Consults on Paid, Owned and Earned (POE) tactics across campaigns
• Ensures content/messaging across channels is on-brand and that the brand voice remains consistent
• Architects innovative social experiences and strategies that engages consumers and moves them towards overall brand objectives
• Contributes thought leadership to promote best-in-class thinking and client delivery for social programs
• Demonstrates excellent project management, problem solving, interpersonal, client, presentation, and communication skills.
• Supervises, trains and mentors junior level employees
• Supports knowledge sharing between the Social Strategy and Content Marketing practices
• Supports and contributes to business development opportunities

• 4-7+ years of dedicated social media experience in an agency environment
• Must have active accounts across key social media platforms
• Experience concepting, delivering and executing social media programs for leading brands
• Proven ability to create high level social strategies
• Deep knowledge of all aspects of the social space: platforms, vendors, measurement
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams
• Understands basic research techniques and methodologies and use them to support development/execution of client campaigns
• Possess a proven knowledge of major and emerging social channels, the specific rules of engagement for brands/advertisers on each as well as general platform policies
• A keen eye for detail, proactive disposition and process driven
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
