We are seeking a Social Support Specialist, for our Celilo Cancer Center, to join our Case Management department. This position is a full-time, scheduled 36 hours per week and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

- Education:
- Bachelors degree required. Degree in field related to Social Work, Sociology preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
- Experience:
- One year of social work experience in a health care setting preferred
- Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Ability to conduct interpersonal interactions in person, on the telephone and in writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with clients of all levels of education.
- Computer proficient (email, internet/intranet; Microsoft Office).
