Adult Day Health Care Center in West Hills, CA is looking for Social Worker Assistant

THIS POSITION is available Monday - Friday, 5-6 hrs per day from 8:30am

ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

MountainView ADHC is a day time program located in West Hills, CA (between Woodland Hills and Canoga Park) providing care and support for adults specializing in psychiatric disorders including, Alzheimer's and Dementia. MountainView Adult Day Health Care is a community based program providing a variety of medical, therapeutic, rehabilitative and recreational programs and services for adults aging 18 and older.

Our goal is to help prevent premature institutionalization by offering stimulating and enjoyable experiences for the participants and respite time for the caregiver.

~ SOCIAL WORKER ASSISTANT - to assist Social Worker and LCSW with monthly re-assessments, quarterlies, some telephonic wellness checks with Pts and CGs and writing notes, various paperwork, filing, interaction with Pts, working with other team members, etc. You will be part of a very friendly environment of professional people. Required education:

• Bachelor's degree is a MUST (Sociology, Psychology, Social Work or related field only)
