What are we looking for?
SoftPro is seeking an Associate Configuration Specialist on the Client Solutions Team. This position can be located in Raleigh, NC, or as a remote employee. In this position you will provide implementation and configuration services, as well as, support to the Fidelity National Financial direct operations as we implement SoftPro Select to various sites across the country.
What will I do as Configuration Specialist at SoftPro?
- Provide program setup, configuration and testing of the SoftPro Select application for deployment sites.
- Work closely with the Implementation Managers to ensure proper setup and configuration of SoftPro Select for each site.
- Meet deadlines/requirements to ensure implementation is complete for the deployment into production environments.
- Provide maintenance and support to existing operations in all configuration aspect so SoftPro Select.
- Establish remote sessions to demonstrate the setup/configuration information.
- Possess thorough understanding of the SoftPro Select application and the tools available for setting up the application.
- Other duties as assigned.
What skills do I need to be successful as a Configuration Specialist at SoftPro?
- 2+ years experience in the real estate closing/title or escrow industry is a must.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork.
- SoftPro Select experience required.
- Prior project management experience is a plus.
- 10% US travel required.
