Peraton Overview:
Peraton Labs is looking for an experienced C++ developer with strong programming skills to develop signal processing algorithms and waveforms for communications, networking, and electronic warfare systems. The role will range from algorithm concept development and modeling through software implementation and test. The successful candidate will have a track record of effectively working in teams, proactively identifying issues, independently solving problems, and creating novel solutions. The candidate must have strong communication skills that enable collaboration on large development projects.
Qualifications:
BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
Skills and Experience You Should Possess:
- Experience developing signal processing algorithms
- Experience developing software for networking, communications, and/or EW applications
- Experience with modern machine learning development frameworks (e.g. Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience modeling waveform and signal processing algorithms (e.g. Matlab)
- Experience with real-time software development
- Experience with containers and orchestration solutions (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Active Secret Level Clearance

Salary Range: Salary Minimum: $57,500 Salary Mid: $115,000 Salary Maximum: $143,800 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
