As a Level 4 Dev, you will support software applications and systems by investigating, designing, documenting, and implementing new hardware and software. Works with customers and end users to understand requirements, coordinate resources, monitor timelines, and plan, track, and execute the project plan. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates work processes. Prepares concepts for information system solutions and evaluates the cost-effectiveness of these concepts.

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our dynamic team. Working alongside some of the brightest minds, you will be working on analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. You will be providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing/configuring systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet end-user needs and requirements. These roles include

Education: Position typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of twelve years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At this level, post graduate course work may be expected.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of ServiceNow implementation and operation experiences in one or more of the following products – ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and ITBM. Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise level implementation strategy and roadmap.

Skills/Description- knowledgeable in developing and strategy and roadmap for deploying the ServiceNow Platform at an enterprise level. Expert knowledge for implementing and scaling ServiceNow Products and Custom Application capabilities will be required. Based on extensive knowledge of this platform, the person in this role will be able to provide thought leadership and collaborate in a consulting role with the internal ServiceNow Architect and Platform team, to establish an Enterprise level strategy and roadmap for integration of the ServiceNow Platform into our current and future technology landscape. Understand the business needs of our customers and articulate how ServiceNow can enable and deliver value to our organization, contributing to strategic direction decisions with our customers and stakeholders. Understand the detail behind the ServiceNow and platform of platforms architecture and how it can be used to provide enterprise level IT and custom solutions. Identify, lead and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, workshops, etc.
