POSITION SUMMARY

Prescient’s Cyber Practice is seeking a Software Engineer to help build our proprietary OSINT databases and drive efficiencies through application and process development efforts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Software Engineers are responsible for:

• Aiding with the collection, parsing and indexing of large datasets
• Consulting with practitioners on ways to develop automated collection tools and methods
• Develop and maintain tools and platforms to automate data collection efforts, especially as it pertains to the dark web
• Helping manage databases

QUALIFICATIONS

• A strong working knowledge of Python and REST APIs
• Basic knowledge of the dark web and data breaches

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Elasticsearch
