  • PREPARE FOOD AND ASSIST THE TEAM WITH PREPARATION OF THE MENU AS INSTRUCTED BY THE CHEF
  • PLATE AND PROPORTION FOOD AND MAINTAIN CONSISTENCY
  • PREPPING AND STOCKING COOK LINE
  • DAILY INVENTORY
  • ENSURING THAT ALL FOOD STOCK GETS ROTATED PROPERLY
  • DAILY CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF KITCHEN AND STORAGE
  • CLOSING/OPENING KITCHEN DAILY
  • HELP PURCHASE AND RECEIVE FOOD INVENTORY
  • COORDINATE WITH THE HEAD CHEF REGARDING PREP LEVELS, LOW STOCK ITEMS, AND SPECIAL EVENT PREPERATION
  • OVERSEE FOOD PREPARATION, PORTION AND QUALITY CONTROL
  • ASSIST WITH THOUGHTS ON HOW TO HELP GROW THE BUSINESS AND INCREASE FOOD SERVICE PROFITABILITY
  • WRITING A DAILY PREP LIST
  • HELP TRAINING OF NEW INCOMING EMPLOYEES
