Our Spa Coordinators …Make the magic happen by providing the ultimate guest experience and invoking guest delight! Happiness follows you wherever you go!

More specifically, our fabulous spa coordinator:

- Ensures entire spa is clean and neat for guests at all times

- Educates the guest on The Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, tours of the spa, introduction to our locker room and amenities, getting them comfortable in a spa robe and sandals

- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door

- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time

- Supports the general manager

- Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music, and scent to ensure that memorable experience

-Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest's favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries

- And most importantly provide world class customer service to each and every guest!
